# PROBLEM STATEMENT

Despite their central role in driving an artist’s success, fans currently have little influence over or participation in the economic upside of a musician’s career. Traditional fan clubs offer access to concerts and merchandise but do not provide direct incentives for long‑term engagement. \

Musicians face challenges in sustaining careers amid fluctuating record sales and limited revenue streams. There is an opportunity to align incentives by giving fans a stake in the success of an artist through a utility token and by creating interactive experiences that reward participation.
