# LEGAL AND RISK CONSIDERATIONS

Regulatory uncertainty is a key risk in the crypto space. The whitepaper emphasises that the token is a utility token designed to access services within the ecosystem; it is not a security or investment contract. Nevertheless, we will seek legal advice to ensure compliance with securities laws in jurisdictions where tokens are sold. Anti‑money‑laundering (AML) and know‑your‑customer (KYC) processes will be mandatory for participants in the token sale and for event ticket purchases.

The ownership of any tokens, or any other cryptographic or other digital assets, issued by the **M-Tech Entertainment (“$LUKAS Tokens”)** does not represent any participation in **M-Tech Entertainment** nor any rights of payment, remuneration, profit distribution, or money reward of any kind. This document has been prepared in good faith to provide a comprehensive overview of the Project and Tokens sale and is for information purposes only.
